📄 Villarreal Sydney Academy – Terms and Conditions of Participation

I/We agree to the following:

🔁 1. Term Renewals and Payments

As the parent or guardian of the participant, I/we acknowledge that enrolment in Villarreal Sydney Academy renews automatically each Term unless notice is provided.

Fees for each Term will be charged automatically via PayPal, direct debit, or invoiced by Sports Abroad PTY LTD for manual bank transfer.
If the participant does not wish to continue, the parent/guardian must provide written notice via email to: info@villarreal-sydney.com before the end of the current Term, otherwise renewal and fees will apply.

📅 2. Program Structure and Responsibility

I/we understand that Villarreal Sydney Academy operates year-round, offering training and competitions across four Terms annually.

This program is organized and managed by Sports Abroad PTY LTD, which holds full administrative and operational responsibility.
I/we waive any legal claim against Villarreal Sydney Academy, its affiliated companies, and its representatives regarding participation in this program.

⚠️ 3. Acknowledgment of Risk and Indemnity

I/we acknowledge that participation in football activities carries inherent risks including injury.
Villarreal Sydney Academy and Sports Abroad PTY LTD commit to taking reasonable precautions to prevent harm.
However, I/we hereby release and indemnify Villarreal Sydney Academy, Sports Abroad PTY LTD, their staff, coaches, and representatives from any liability for injuries incurred during training sessions, matches, or related activities.

🚑 4. Emergency Medical Authorisation

If the Academy is unable to contact me in an emergency, I authorise the coaching or management staff to:

Seek appropriate medical care (hospital, doctor, ambulance, or dentist)
And I agree to cover all associated costs.

📸 5. Media Content and Image Use

I/we acknowledge that during training and competitions, photos and videos may be taken where the participant could be identified (e.g., during sessions, matches, team events).

I/we hereby authorise Villarreal Sydney Academy and Sports Abroad PTY LTD to:

Record, reproduce, and use such media in any technical format.
Distribute, publish, and communicate this content without limitation, worldwide, via any platform (e.g., internet, TV, social media, print, promotional material, etc.).
Use the content in full or in part, edited or unedited, for promotional, educational, or institutional purposes.
